New York City is known for its energetic buzz...but when does this buzz become too much? The goal of this assignment was to create a motion graphic that was striking and persuasive. I had to research a topic based on one of the sociological issues that people are facing today.

I chose noise pollution as my topic after I forgot my noise-canceling earbuds at home during my NYC commute to school. Needless to say, I got home with a headache. In our busy world, noise is just a normal part of life, which makes the research linked to its adverse health effects even more concerning.
